The HoReCa sector is looking forward to its leading trade fair, HostMilano, which this year will take place in presence from the 22nd to the 26th October 2021, in the location of Milano Fiera.

The event will host the best of HoReCa, retail and hotels. We are at the 42nd edition, there will be a thousand exhibitors from 40 countries. At the same time, Tutto Food, the reference fair for the agri-food ecosystem, will also take place.

There will of course be a lot of attention to the safety of exhibitors and professional visitors, following already tested protocols.

The face-to-face appointment will also extend to online thanks to Fiera Milano Platform, a platform dedicated to the entire community of the reference supply chains.

It will be a way to encourage the encounter between exhibitors, visitors and stakeholders. Visitors, in the 2021 edition of Host, will find the Internet of Things, energy saving, green sensitivity and the circular economy, security and hygiene, rethinking of formats and spaces, adoption of new materials and new approaches for the world of away from home. In addition, the central theme of sanitizing environments with the newest solutions: ozone, photocatalysis and UV-C.

Within Host2021 there are hundreds of events, championships, show cooking and seminars with industry experts. There is the great showcase of Smart Label – Host Innovation Award, a competition open to all innovative companies, organized by Fiera Milano and HostMilano, in collaboration with POLI-Design Consorzio del Politecnico di Milano, with the patronage of Adi – Italian Association for industrial design.

Fiera Milano has made access to credit faster for exhibiting companies, supporting the financing of the investment. To concretely support SMEs and encourage their participation in these events, agreements have been signed with various banks. The exhibitors, again on the credit front, can also count on the contributions of Sace Simest for participation in fairs and exhibitions in Italy.
