Vanilla and pomegranate are also very good, as they contain oxytocin, the love hormone that increases closeness and empathy towards others, easing tensions. Sunflower seeds reduce stress, anxiety, nervousness, mood swings and fatigue. White meats increase well-being as they are rich in tryptophan, an amino acid that is important for a good mood.
